Double-hand Poker is a modern game with ancient origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the west in an excellent game for starting players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the croupier, not like nearly all other poker games that gamblers wager against other players. By gambling against the dealer, starting players don’t have to be concerned about any other, more knowledgeable individuals taking their mulla.
One more Pai Gow edge is the relatively slow game play, newcomers are able to take their time and scheme while not needing to make hasty selections.
It is also easier to bet on for a long time with only a tiny amount of money seeing as, to not win, each of your hands needs to be lower than each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is assigned seven cards faces showing and the croupier gets 7 cards face down.
A 5 card hand and one two card hand must be put together from the seven cards, the five card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the casino’s.
